Back in January I finally got to cross of a MAJOR bucket list item: visit California. Oh my gosh, you guys. I have no words. This. place. is. incredible. Even better than I ever could have imagined. Mountains, forests, desert, beaches… there is just so much beauty that is absolutely breathtaking. The first part of my trip brought me to the desert in Joshua Tree, California for an inspiring 3-day photography workshop — shoutout to Heck Yeah Photocamp! — where I had the opportunity to photograph Kate & John (and their four-legged furbaby, Olive). I adored these two. Their sweet, playful love and genuine connection was such a dream to capture. Plus, I was pretty obsessed with the whole boho vibe Kate had going on! Isn’t her outfit perfect?
